We, at the Touchet School District, are committed to enhancing our communication process to ensure that all residents in our community have access to important updates and information. We are excited to share with you some improvements we've made to our communication methods.
In our ongoing efforts to reach our community members effectively, we are sending a notice out via email, text, Facebook, and Voice Call Monday November 6th @ 11:00 a.m. If you do not receive an email (check your junk file), phone call, or text message, please contact the school to update your information.
If you are aware of any friends or family members who do not see this information through email, text, Facebook, or voice messaging, we kindly request that you encourage them to contact our school office @ (509) 394-2352.
Our main form of communication and up-to-date events is through our Touchet School District App. available to download straight to your phone. The app provides you with up-to-the-minute updates.
Having push notifications activated will ensure you don't miss event changes or other important information we want to make you aware of. If you haven't already, we encourage you to download the Touchet School District App to your mobile device, from the iOS App Store, or Android Play Store.
It's important to note the school district notification system will now use a new number for text messaging notifications. This means previous messages you received from the system will no longer come from the old number.
To ensure that you recognize messages from the Touchet School District, you can edit the contact information on your phone with the new number after you receive the text. Even if you haven't downloaded the app, you will still receive text and voice notifications with essential information if your information is current in our system.
