We have a new way of submitting helpdesk tickets.

  1. Email:

  2. Make sure you add a good subject

    • Example: I’m getting an error “Windows cannot find the server”

  3. In the body of the email feel free to be as descriptive as you can

    • Example: Today at about 11:30am I was working in Microsoft Word and I got this error that popped up. I clicked on ok so it can go away. This seems to happen when I minimize the window. I am available for your help any Monday from 10am – 11am as this is my prep.
