
🎓RedHawk Happenings,Graduation Week! 🎓
Before we can get to Graduation on Saturday we have numerous activities to finish up these last few weeks of school!
4th and 5th grade students are finishing their swim lessons at the YMCA.
Spring sports awards will take place tomorrow in the commons at 2:10pm for all spring sports including middle school softball, baseball and high school baseball and golf!
The FFA banquet has been rescheduled for Wednesday night, and don't miss the spring concert Tuesday night as Mr. Palmer and the band and choir students have been working hard on their final musical performance for the year!


Join us for a musical evening with "A Night at the Movies" our spring concert featuring our 5th through 11th grade students, next Tuesday at 6 PM in the Multipurpose Room!
Performances from the 5th Grade Band and Choir, Middle School Band and Choir and our Two High School Guitar Soloists will feature music from Harry Potter, Star Wars, The Avengers, Coco, and so many more!
Mr. Palmer will be announcing the Touchet Musician of the year for Middle School and High School.

With Middle School Baseball wrapping up its season yesterday, we want to congratulate the 8th-grade athletes on a successful season and look forward to watching you grow in your high school years!

Join us for Friday Night Fun in Redhawk Territory! Enjoy a casual get-together for Mom Prom at 6 pm in the Touchet Commons to support the new Redhawk Cheerleading team as they raise funds for the 2024-2025 season. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for kids!
Also, the FFA Awards Banquet is tomorrow at 6 pm at the Lions Club Hall. Congratulations to all the FFA team members on their accomplishments!

The Touchet Robotics team will be collaborating with the Sammamish School district this Saturday, June 1st from 12-3 pm, and would like to invite the School Board, Administrators, and Community Members interested in being mentors or speakers for the team!


With summer upon us, we would like to take the time to share the summer lunch programming options with you!
SunBucks is replacing the P-EBT for Washington State.
Any student receiving reduced-price meals will receive a card for $120.00 for the summer.
Please be on the lookout for an email with more information about the SunBucks program and how to apply for free and reduced lunches. Even if you applied in the fall, it's important to reapply now to see if you qualify.



Redhawk Happenings! Happy Memorial Day! We hope you have had a nice day with friends and family and are well-rested and ready for the last few weeks of school before summer vacation!
This week's events include the last week of middle school baseball, a driver's education parent meeting, and a senior parent meeting. Middle school sports pictures and senior pictures will be taken on Thursday. Additionally, the 4th and 5th grade students will attend swim lessons just in time for summer!
And don't forget about Mom Prom on Friday night! Come dance and meet our new Redhawk Cheerleaders!

First, we would like to recognize our VFW essay winners. Last fall, our students participated in an essay competition where they wrote about the importance of veterans. We are proud to announce the winners of this contest.
Next, we want to congratulate each class's Fun Run Lap winners. These students ran the most laps during the Fun Run event. Well done, Redhawk Athletes!
Lastly, we want to acknowledge our Good Behavior Winners for this month. These students have demonstrated Respect, Responsibility, and Doing the Right Thing. Congratulations to all our Redhawks for their achievements!




Introducing... the 2024 Redhawk Cheer Team! We can't wait to see what the new cheer team has in store for us!
First up, the Touchet Cheerleaders invite you to Mom Prom on Friday, May 31st, from 6-8 pm in the Gym Foyer!
Come dance and meet our new Redhawk Cheerleaders. The ticket price is $10 for adults and $5 for children. All ticket sales will go toward cheerleading uniforms. Your support is greatly appreciated!



The Touchet FBLA team is grateful for all the contributions received towards their fundraising efforts for the National Convention in Orlando, Florida in June.
Generous donations from Northwest Grain Growers, Walla Walla Electric, Dunning Irrigation Supply, and Nelson Irrigation have brought the FBLA team closer to its fundraising goals.

Redhawk Happenings May 20th-24th!
We are excited to send our 6th-grade students off to the beautiful Camp Wooten this week. They will have the opportunity to create lasting memories, forge new friendships, and immerse themselves in the wonders of the natural world!
Additionally, the important SBA testing will be ongoing this week. Students must be well-rested and nourished with a nutritious breakfast to ensure they are prepared for their assessments.


Just a friendly reminder to all parents of 8th-grade students: we will be holding a meeting on Tuesday, May 21st to discuss and plan the upcoming promotion ceremony for our 8th-grade class. Your attendance and input are highly valued!

Mark your calendars! The iconic Touchet "T" needs a little sprucing up. What better time than to unite as a community and help the middle and high school students paint the Touchet "T"?
This Saturday, 5/18/24, at 8 am, all Touchet Middle School and High School students are invited to help clean and paint the Touchet 'T" on the hill.
We will meet at the bottom of the hill at the corner of Touchet-Gardena and Sand Pit. Bring gloves if you have them. It is going to be fun!
